Everything is grown by smallholder families the traditional Malnad way — without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. We are FSSAI-registered. We don't yet carry a formal 'Certified Organic' label, so we won't claim one; we simply tell you honestly how the crop is grown and who grew it.
We work in small, single-origin batches and pack close to dispatch rather than warehousing for months. Spices are whole or freshly ground, and each hero batch carries a code you can trace back to the harvest week.
Keep everything airtight, cool and away from direct light. Whole spices last longest — grind as you need them. Raw honey is best at room temperature (it may crystallise, which is natural); never refrigerate it.
