Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and support you — and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and (optionally) email, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
Payment is handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide support, and (if you contact us) reply to you.
We share details only with the partners needed to fulfil your order — our courier, our payment provider, and the email service that delivers your order to us.
Our checkout shows a map. Its imagery and its address suggestions both come from OpenStreetMap — so as you type an address, your browser sends what you have typed to them, and requests map tiles from them. They are not sent your order, your phone number or your payment details.
That order email carries your name, phone number and delivery address, because it is how we know what to pack and where to send it.
