What it is
Raw, unheated honey gathered from the wild by forest-edge families. Multi-floral, aromatic, and never blended or processed.
How it is packed
Hand-strained through cloth and filled into glass at room temperature. Nothing is heated at any point.
How to use it
Spoon over anything; a raw honey will crystallise — that's a good sign.
Keeping it
Room temperature; keep the spoon dry. Do not refrigerate.
If it crystallises
It will set solid, and sooner in a cold month. That is what raw honey does; it is not a fault and nothing has been added. Stand the closed jar in warm water until it loosens. Do not boil it and do not refrigerate it.
Delivery and returns
Packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, and usually delivered 3–7 working days after that. If it arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you. Food that has been opened cannot come back.
